Meet Marko,
Marko Ayling is a seasoned traveler, storyteller, and content creator who has spent nearly a decade inspiring people to explore the world through his work. As the co-founder of Vagabrothers, a travel show on YouTube with over 400 videos and 1.2M+ subscribers. He has also hosted a television show, competed in The Moth LA, and has been recognized by President Obama as one of the world's top travel influencers.
Marko is based in Mexico City where he hosts a monthly storytelling open mic called Cuéntame and writes about the impact of digital nomads on local communities for his newsletter The Missive. He is working on his first book and a live 90-minute solo performance. Marko's mission is to bring people of the world together, one story at a time.

Cuéntame is Marko’s live storytelling slam hosted on the first Friday of every month in Condesa. Marko founded to overcome the isolation of the pandemic and and build commmunity on a more intimate level. Held monthly in Mexico City, the English-language storytelling event invites anyone to share their real-life stories around each month's theme, limited to just five minutes. It's an unedited, authentic space for travelers and storytellers to connect over shared experiences.
